Expectations:
Practices are not mandatory, but you shoud try to be there as much as possible to improve performance and understand strategy and methods for events and relays. Please arrive by 5:30PM and go immediately to our stretch & exercise circle near the long jump/pole vault in-field. This helps get us started promptly, prevents injury and avoids conflict of space with Tam and other Athletic events.
Program Notes:
ENCOURAGEMENT: LET'S SHOW THIS BY SUPPORTING ONE ANOTHER IN THE BEST WAYS IN ALL WE DO. IT REALLY WORKS!

Meets and Division: Meets are on Sundays in late April and May (see below for specific meet dates):
- Division 1: Grades 3 through 5 - Division 2: Grades 6 through 8 - Each division has a preliminary meet followed by the CYO Championship Meet
Attendance is expected/preferred, not only for the competitive experience and professional goals, but to support the team as a whole. We coaches take great pride in your efforts & accomplishments. Individual events contribute to a total team score and your commmitment will give us the best way to manage event assignments and relay team formation. The championship meet is particularly important as rosters are due 1 week beforehand. |
