Volunteer Program

As Saint Hilary parents, we play an important role in fulfilling the school’s mission statement. Our energy, creativity and talents given through our volunteer time are the necessary ingredients to make our children’s educational experience the best it can be.

There are many fun ways available to meet your volunteer commitment, both in the classroom and for the larger Saint Hilary community. Look for room parent communication and volunteer opportunities in the school newsletter or the Track-It-Forward site to stay up-to-date with volunteer needs throughout the year.

In the meantime, follow the important first steps to becoming a Saint Hilary volunteer by completing the background check process. Click here to complete mandatory volunteer requirements.

Finished with the background checks?

Great! Please drop off or email the VIRTUS certificate of completion and the proof of fingerprint verification form to Mrs. Jane Cort.

Signing Up and Logging Volunteer Hours

Sign-up and track your hours in Track It Forward. If you have questions, contact Tigers Parent Association President, Tina Setzer.

Clarification of the 20+/40+ Policy

While the 40 hour commitment (20 hours for single parent families) remains the same, families are encouraged to continue to log all time volunteered (including those above the 20/40 requirement) for more accurate analysis of total hours contributed at the end of each school year.

If you have any questions or suggestions about the program, feel free to contact Tina Setzer.
