As Saint Hilary parents, we play an important role in fulfilling the school’s mission statement. Our energy, creativity and talents given through our volunteer time are the necessary ingredients to make our children’s educational experience the best it can be.
There are many fun ways available to meet your volunteer commitment, both in the classroom and for the larger Saint Hilary community. For a sample of volunteer opportunities by grade level, click here.
Look for room parent communication and volunteer opportunities in the school newsletter and on the internal site to stay up-to-date with volunteer needs throughout the year.
Thank you for your patience as we moved to our new online system. For a guide to signing up for some volunteer opportunities, click here.
For logging your 2016-2017 volunteer hours, check out this guide to learn how to log your hours.

A new system for logging hours will be developed for the 2017-2018 school year using our new Student Information System, Rediker. Check back here by August 15, 2017 for new instructions.
While the 40 hour commitment (20 hours for single parent families) remains the same, families are encouraged to continue to log all time volunteered (including those above the 20/40 requirement) for more accurate analysis of total hours contributed at the end of each school year.
If you have any questions or suggestions about the program, feel free to contact Leslie Kennedy.
