Project Timeline

After a nineteen month hiatus, the new building project has been resurrected! We have raised sufficient funds to start the construction of our new space. The goal is to start demolition of the current front building in late May or early June 2022 period immediately after the school year is over! The projected timeline is 4 to 6 months with the goal to finish by October 2022.

Here are some current construction planning milestones to be completed through the New Year:

11/9	Submission of Revised Construction Costs from The Build Group
11/9	Steering Committee approval to move forward with construction date
12/1-1/1	Construction Planning Process
12/3	Temporary Facilities Planning Begins
1/15	Final Review of Construction Plan with Archdiocese, Build Group and SHS
1/31-2/15	Procurement and storage of raw materials
