Transfer Student Application Process

- If you are applying after the January deadline, please email admissions@sainthilaryschool.org to inquire about availability.
- Once we have received your completed application materials and application fee, we will contact you to schedule an assessment for your student.
Transfer Student Assessments
- Due to COVID, we will not be hosting shadow days at this time. This may change as COVID guidelines are modified.
- Grades 1-5 Applicants: The Admissions Team will schedule STAR Reading and Math Assessments as well as the writing sample to be submitted.
- Grades 6-8 Applicants (Jr. High): Assessments will be held on Saturdays (TBD) from 9 AM to 2 PM on campus. The Admissions Team will administer the STAR Reading and Math Assessments as well as a writing sample.

- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Teacher Recommendation Form:
- Current Transcript and Test Scores
- Student Assessment Appointment
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (from all Christian faiths, when applicable)
