Transfer Student Application Process

  • Deadline: January 14, 2022
  • Applications are time-stamped
  • If you are applying after the January deadline, please email admissions@sainthilaryschool.org to inquire about availability.
  • Once we have received your completed application materials and application fee, we will contact you to schedule an assessment for your student.


Transfer Student Assessments

  • Due to COVID, we will not be hosting shadow days at this time. This may change as COVID guidelines are modified.
  • Grades 1-5 Applicants: The Admissions Team will schedule STAR Reading and Math Assessments as well as the writing sample to be submitted.
  • Grades 6-8 Applicants (Jr. High): Assessments will be held on Saturdays (TBD) from 9 AM to 2 PM on campus. The Admissions Team will administer the STAR Reading and Math Assessments as well as a writing sample.
